Session Fee and Medicare Rebates

The fee for a 50-minute session is $255*, payable on the day of your appointment.

Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDTP) are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85. After the rebate, the out-of-pocket cost is $113.15.

*Please note that, effective 1 August 2025, the session fee will increase to $270. The Medicare rebate will increase to $145.25, resulting in an out-of-pocket cost of $124.75.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee please provide at least 24 hours’ notice during business hours for any appointment changes. For instance, if you have an appointment scheduled for Monday at 1pm, you must cancel by the previous Friday at 1pm or earlier.

Please note that a late cancellation or a no-show will incur the full appointment fee of $255*. Additionally, the Medicare rebate does not apply to missed appointments.
